How long is the final product?

A typical video runs about 30-75 minutes.  A longer video doesn't necessarily mean a better video.  Rather, a longer video generally means a lot more fast-forwarding.

when will I get my video?

It takes between 4-12 weeks to get your final video.  Our full time editing staff spends between 20-40 hours editing each video.

how soon should I book?

Popular dates fill up quickly.  We recommend booking as soon as possible; it is common to book 6 to 18 months in advance.  Contact us directly for availability.

where are your services available?

We cover events all over Florida and the Southeast.

when are travel fees charged?

There are typically no travel fees, unless your wedding is outside of our travel area (such as Florida's West Coast).  Hotel accommodations may be required depending on the beginning or ending time of an event in relation to travel time to return home.  If an event requires air travel, roundtrip airfare is required along with hotel accommodations.

how much coverage time will I need for my day?

Generally a minimum of 6 hours is needed if you wanted complete Ceremony & Reception coverage. Most weddings go over the time frame originally planned no matter how hard you try. Our experience and rule of thumb is to allow 1 hour for Ceremony, 1 hour for Cocktails/Formal and 4 hours for Reception - Totaling our 6 hours estimate although many events can far surpass this time frame as well.

what's the process for completing a photo montage?

We ask that you number each picture on the back in the order they are to appear. Our preferred method is using B1, B2, etc. for Brides photos - G1... for Grooms photos. This system makes it easier to decipher between baby pictures. Don't forget to select your music as well.
